Terms of Service
The terms for using the Amplify Media website, client portals and Amplify OS.
1Who we are
These terms are between you and Amplify Media ("Amplify", "we", "us"), based in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. By using our website, a client portal or Amplify OS, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2Our services
The services we provide, the price, the timeline and the payment terms are set out in your accepted quotation and signed service agreement. If anything in these terms differs from your agreement, your agreement wins.
3Your account and portal
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only people you authorize should use your portal. You are responsible for what happens in it.
- We may pause access if an account is used in a way that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
4Connecting your social accounts
- When you connect Instagram, Facebook or TikTok to Amplify OS, you allow us to publish the content you have approved to that account and to read its performance numbers for your reports.
- We never publish anything you have not approved, and we never send messages or comments in your name without your approval.
- You can disconnect at any time from your portal or from the platform's own settings.
- Your use of each platform also follows that platform's own terms, such as Meta's and TikTok's.
5Your content
You own your brand, your materials and, once paid in full, the final content we create for you, as set out in your agreement. You give us permission to store, edit and publish that content to deliver the services. You confirm you have the right to everything you send us, and that any claims in your content are true and allowed for your type of business.
6Our tools and materials
Amplify OS, our templates, methods and website remain ours. You may use them for your own business while we work together, but you may not copy, resell or rebuild them.
7Fair use
Please do not use our website, portals or Amplify OS to break the law, send spam, upload harmful files, or try to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
8Payments and digital products
Payments for services follow your quotation and agreement. For digital products and Amplify Hub, the price and what's included are shown before you pay.
9Results
We work with care, skill and strategy, but results such as reach, followers or sales also depend on things outside our control, like platform changes. We can't guarantee specific numbers.
10Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for outages or changes on platforms we don't control.
11Ending
You can stop using our website and portal at any time. Ending services follows your agreement. When our work together ends, we disconnect your social accounts and handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If we disagree, we will first try to settle it in good faith. If that doesn't work, it goes to the courts of San Fernando, La Union.
13Changes and contact
